The Phoenix Children’s Chorus
1984 – 2020
Transforming lives through music

Phoenix Children’s Chorus was founded in 1984 with just 35 children in two choirs.  Now, in its 36th season, Phoenix Children’s Chorus has blossomed to include over 400 choristers in seven progressively experienced choirs.  With rehearsal locations in the East Valley and Downtown Phoenix, the program includes a full artistic team of conductors, accompanists, and music literacy instructors, as well as a full executive staff to support, teach, and enrich the lives of the of those in this vibrant, growing organization.

Phoenix Children’s Chorus is proud to continue its tradition of excellence as it carries out its mission to foster excellence in youth by facilitating artistic, musical, and cultural development through choral education and performance.  We provide a professional environment in which a diverse community advances the talents, self-esteem, and life skills of its members. As global ambassadors, we develop a passion to enrich the world around us by creating perpetual supporters of the arts.

As we look to the future of the Phoenix Children’s Chorus, we eagerly anticipate providing our chorus with exciting new performance venues and touring possibilities. We hope that you look to the future of PCC with anticipation as well. Funding for touring and scholarships continues to be a need for the Chorus and we hope you will consider being involved in our future.  We extend our deep appreciation to Phoenix Center for the Arts, board members, choral staff, patrons, parents, volunteers, and sponsors, who have made these past 35 years successful. We look forward to continuing our partnership with you in the bright future ahead.
